ink-n-paper
is extremely proud
to announce the recent purchase of the new Apple
Macintosh Quad 2.5GHz PowerPC G5 processors |
Explains
ink-n-paper owner, Giles Cross, "Printing is
extremely important to a company's future, and how
a company portrays itself on paper is top priority.
Just like the first ten seconds of verbal communication
rules the ears, printing rules
the eyes, but it also governs buying and selling
too. Time and time again a company most definitely
loses out on all things good when it comes to their
future. I see a poorly printed business card and I
see a lack of self-respect, but I also think that
rolls over to work ethics. For the cost of designing
a well balanced logo
and including it onto a business card can be the defining
factor between being taken seriously and the ultimate
disaster of a potential client or investor turning
away... "

"Just
as we shouldn't tinker with our cars,
nor should we allow a mechanic to tinker with
our computers" |
Most
people on the planet now has access to a computer, and
the majority of us also has at least some knowledge
in formatting a document.
But what we shouldn't do is think we can fix a head
gasket or change the brakes on a vehicle when experience
tells us otherwise.
'Horses
for courses' and 'Each one to their own' are two sayings
we all live by. And by this we mean to steer our clients
away from trying to do something they're not necessarily
trained in. We wouldn't
dare fix a photocopying machine for there are highly
trained engineers for such tasks, and this also means
there are the same quality of workers in the print &
design industry.
Please
don't cut corners and compromise your image with the
job at hand, allow the ink-n-paper staff to set you
free from worry whereupon
the completed project will have been worked on while
your staff are back at their desks doing what you hired
them to do.
Allowing
your in-house staff to attempt production of professional
documents will no doubt save a few pennies in your cashflow,
but are you willing to compromise everything with the
loss of future business
relating to a poorly printed material?
The
choice is yours...
